I have been seeing red over what is happening in Washington and now the Congress of the United State doesn’t listen to the American people, it does what IT wants.
I lay the blame at the feet of the President. What we have in Washington D.C. is a cluster frack that this President precipitated. He wants nothing to stick to him so he stands back affair and sends his henchmen in to make threats and cut deals in backrooms after the American people have risen up their voice and cried loudly “NO”. That they listen not is indicative of a system that has lost its way and now listen’s to party bosses, not the real bosses back home who work and pay the taxes.
I have often felt totally helpless but I refuse to give up the spirit of my love and commitment to America, the country that has blessed me and my family so much.
In the spirit of the little guy, who does not have large amounts of money, influential friends, or a skybox at the local stadium, I ask you in joining me in making a statement that will be heard across America and around the world; one that this President and Congress cannot ignore.
I am calling on each of you to take a small action to send a very big message! I ask that you join me in sending a quart of red paint to President Obama with a letter in the package that tells him why you are doing so. The goal is 4,000,000 quarts, or 1 million gallons.
President Obama has turned his nose up at us and has given us not the smallest recognition except to deride us; all the time driving our nation toward a precipice of Socialism that there is no turning back and that he can take credit for fundamentally changing America, as he promised, for the worse! We will be nothing but another failed European nation for they cannot sustain the direction they are going and be competitive. Our drive and our energy will bring us out of our downturn, but our focus on our failed education system with its hardened unions will be where the battle is in the future if we are to save our nation.
