Do You Hear Us NOW! The Press Lies and Freedom Dies.

The following are my notes just after returning from D.C. Protest on 9/12. I am going to clean them up and organize the article but accidentally posted it instead of making it a draft; in as much as it was sent out via RSS to those who are receiving feeds from the site, I decided to leave it up and will make the necessary typo, etc,. corrections later. The big story was that the media screwed up twice in two days - once reporting shots were fired near the Pentagon on 9-11 and then this major again on the very next day that was never corrected. I think the press was too embarrassed to put the spotlight on themselves because I sent the information out to several major large media organizations and they wouldn't even touch the story - even after they knew the truth. So much for truth in America. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get bloodied for freedom because those who have other plans on America and her future will not give up without bloodying you. The coming confrontations with the Federal Government and political entranced powers is not for the meek. Our guns will be the ballots we cast on election day, but be prepared to fight tooth and nail to change this corrupt and out of control-deceitful Fed. Government that is far too large and powerful.

Sick and tired of being sick and tired? See government spending of your hard earned dollars, plus now, your children's and grandchildren's dollars too? Only they have to pay back a lot more interest than we do. In fact, our politicians are so greedy they are now spending our children's wealth and they get to inherit a bankrupt nation. All of our mighty and powerful government number crunchers are telling politicians and We The People.

Let's change the rules of the game; let's change the politicians - all of them. They all need to beg for the power we give them and the right to spend our money like a drunken sailor. (Sorry! Sailors spend their own money.) It is time to kick donkey, and elephant, and take names.

DC Fire Department to ABC: "YOU LIE!"

I have the details below, but NOW WE HAVE THE INACCURATE INFORMATION REVEALED BY THE DC FIRE DEPARTMENT.

September 21, 2009

"DC Fire Department Report" Quote Regarding September 12 Event Misrepresents Agency Policy

In reference to the September 12th Tea Party event held in Washington DC, quoting a “DC Fire Department Report”, regardless of what any media reported, the size of the crowd of those who attended this event were never estimated by DC Fire & EMS. Any reports contrary to this are false. The DC Fire & EMS Department does not estimate crowd sizes.

A Twitter posting estimating the crowd gathering at Lafayette Park only as “large, possibly as many as 60 thousand” stated that it was an early estimation of that specific area (Lafayette Park), not the number of participants in the event.

http://newsroom.dc.gov/show.aspx/agency/fems/section/2/release/18165

Now, I believe that ABC should be made to correct the incorrect numbers they put out to the public and I believe that those who have the opportunity to speak for this movement on the national level should also point to this link and to the truth that the estimate was at the BEGINNING of the march and pertained to, of all things "LAFAYETTE PARK". Is this even Freedom Park where the protestors were massing?

We need to get this out in a press release to all the news organizations. ABC needs to be embarrassed because they did not or give out a retraction. I am going to try reaching them, but I am only one lone voice. We need to make it as public as possible. The Left press has jumped on the 60,000 number, some as low as 30,000 and are saying we are doctoring the photo's in Photo shop. You say "Lie enough" and others will eventually believe it. I am also going to contact NPR who made one of the reports below. Let's see just how honest they are. I hear a lot of voices on NPR - Why are they not talking to organizers that work for this movement? We need to ask them! We need a fair shake and they receive PUBLIC MONEY that comes out of YOUR POCKET! It's time for some accountability. We need to apply the heat only to make others know that if they lie about this movement we will hunt don the truth and we will expose them. "ABC know exactly what it was dong. Betrayed again!

The nonpartisan PolitiFact.com reports that:

We spoke with Pete Piringer, Public Affairs Officer for the D.C. Fire and Emergency Department, who said that the local government no longer provides official crowd estimates because they can become politicized. That said, on the morning of Sept. 12, Piringer unofficially told one reporter that he thought between 60,000 and 75,000 people had shown up.
"It was in no way an official estimate," he said.

We asked Piringer whether there were enough protesters to fill the National Mall. ...
"It was an impressive crowd," he said. But after marching down Pennsylvania Avenue to the Capitol the crowd "only filled the Capitol grounds, maybe up to Third Street," he said.

http://wizbangblog.com/content/2009/09/14/how-many-people-attended-saturdays-tea-party-march-in-dc.php

The link above gives better detail. The first link (you must copy and paste them) is totally incorrect because the streets were filled even after the mall filled up. It was not a run-of-the mill march, and whoever says it was is either incompetent or has an agenda

Does anyone live in the D.C. Area that can speak to Mr. Piringer? Because it says "..of the morning of.." Mr. Piringer stated that the mall was only filled up to third street, but if you go to the second link above you will find that the mall was filled and the street was still filled because people could not get off easily and are seen as far as the camera can see up the street. Also, there were still people trying to get to the march after noon who had driven for many hours and miles. We had people arriving at 2:00 P.M. This makes me question "Exactly when was this estimate given and why didn't ABC ever correct the numbers AFTER the size was obviously much, much larger.
Here is the bottom line: If they lie to the American people, or mislead the nation through omission when we see the truth with our own eyes, what the hell does the press lie to us about that we don't see? Can any truth come out of Washington D.C. delivered by the old dying press? (They want a bailout to survive - no dam# way!!!)

I am asking for help! Someone must have access or a way to contact this person and get the "Rest of the Story!" Please post your comments here so we know that it has been done. I will attempt the same. Working together we will get to the truth and we will let the world know! We will not be lied to and manipulated any longer. That is the point - not the numbers. WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO FEEL BETRAYED! We have been - but no more, and remain silent. We are now awake and we are now watching!

Article from June 5th, 2009. He is totally new on this job!

New Member of DC Fire/EMS Press Office On The Way

Pete Piringer, director of Community Outreach and Public Information for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, plans to join the press operation of the District's Fire and Emergency Services Agency, D.C. Wire has learned.

Piringer confirmed this afternoon that "an offer has been made," and that he's coming to work for Fire Chief Dennis Rubin. Piringer said he doesn't know what his District salary will be (he said he makes $116,000 in Montgomery County) and that his exact title and job are also undefined. "It will be something in public information and public affairs," Piringer said.

Piringer later followed up by email and wrote, "As we discussed I have been offered a job as a Public Affairs Specialist (Public Information Officer) with the District of Columbia Fire and EMS Department and will serve as a Public Information Officer. There has not been an official announcement concerning this position one way or another by DC or Montgomery County as far as I know."

Sources said this news bodes badly for Alan Etter, the current spokesman for the fire department. Etter could not be reached for comment.

According to his online bio at Firehouse.com, which focuses on firefighting across the country, Piringer has worked for the Maryland State Police and the Prince George's County Fire Department

Piringer said he has worked with Etter and other members of the press office over the years on various projects. Also, he said he has known Chief Rubin "for quite a while." Piringer said he doesn't have a firm start date yet.

Pete Piringer, a spokesman for the District of Columbia Fire Department, said he made an unofficial estimate of 60,000 to 70,000 at the beginning of the event...

Note: At some point after I wrote the above and emailed it to DC to have others contact the Fire Dept and inquire about, the official page of the DC Fire Dept was changed in what was reported. The page was changed to list Freedom Park as the source of where the information was coming from, which the original article gave the small park just North of the White House as the location: Layfatte Park. The whole thing is filled with incorrect information; now people are mum.  They blew it and America knows they blew it.

America is awake and we will be prepared in the future for the deception of the media.  We now see the games they are playing with the nation and it is extremely disheartening because we are losing confidence in our Federal Government right when the Left-Wing Media is stabbing us in the back with is sins of omission, as well.
