Obama Going to Seek Changing Rules of Senate to Less than 60 Votes? Just Maybe.

A Message to America from Harry Reid!

On PBS' NewsHour, Obama recently said, "As somebody who served in the Senate, who values the traditions of the Senate, who thinks that institution has been the world's greatest deliberative body, to see the filibuster rule, which imposes a 60-vote supermajority on legislation, to see that invoked on every piece of legislation, during the course of this year, is unheard of."
I appears that Obama has decided to attack the four moderate democrats who now wield power over his agenda in the Senate.  The rules were changed from 67 votes to 60 in 1979.  Now Obama wants to change them again to get his way.  NO WAY!  We must come together as one and be the protector of our nations future until these rubes are voted out soon.

What do you think?  Let's hear your voice in the comments. We must contact our Senators NOW to make sure they don't even consider allowing this to happen.  What will it be next, 55 votes?

What are your thoughts?

  1. The American people better watch all that is going on in D.C.  More damage can be done in these four years than a lifetime can take to correct - if that.
